I have a broad experience in Human Resources development and Education, trainer and coach with a passion for learning with others and learn from them itself. With my background in both education and business, I'm broad-minded. My ‘roots’ are located in secondary schools teaching French and German.

As I believe in 'life-long learning’ and practiced this expression my entire life; I was always looking for new endeavers. In my educational period one of my colleagues made the statement:

‘Nine more Christmas trees to go….’

That was the starting point for me to examine other areas. In the following years I developed myself to professional learning in the field of organizational and achieved my Master in Human Resources Development. The elements that I use in my training and coaching I've collected over the years in my experience as a teacher, consultant, trainer, manager and department manager bilingual education.

In addition to HRD-related training, I did a survey commissioned by the Language Union to Dutch as a Foreign Language (NVT).

I am currently a project manager of a new location on a network NVT for the Caribbean part of the Kingdom, also commissioned by the Language Union.

I also coached teachers in the Caribbean in foreign language teaching, A focus on and I give workshops.
